I like to think of myself as a funnel. I pour a storehouse of information, knowledge, best practices, resources, links and wisdom into the mix, to allow the most valuable content to flow to my audience, to delight and exceed expectation. My goal is always to have people leaving the experience more informed and empowered than when they entered the room. My greatest reward is when I hear something like: “I learned so much, and you made complex things so understandable, I didn’t want the presentation to end. Now I can’t wait to start implementing things I learned!”
